```Job Summary:``` We are currently seeking a Janitor to join our team. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facilities. This is an important role in ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for our employees and visitors. ```Duties:``` - Perform custodial duties such as cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and dusting - Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste materials properly - Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed - Maintain the cleanliness of common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and break rooms - Perform floor care tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping, and buffing - Assist with setting up meeting rooms and event spaces - Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate department - Follow all safety protocols and guidelines ```Skills:``` To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills: - Previous experience in facilities maintenance or custodial work is preferred - Knowledge of commercial and industrial cleaning techniques - Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and carpet cleaners - Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision If you are a reliable individual with a strong work ethic and a commitment to cleanliness, we would love to hear from you.
